The pearls are light Bronze in color with slight green and rose overtones depending on the light you are in; they are 10mm in size. South Sea shell pearls are made of 100% natural South Sea oyster shell, the same as Mother of Pearl. The oyster shell is crushed to a powder form, then formed into a perfect round shape, and then they are dyed permanently. The pearls have the weight, feel, and luster of genuine South Sea and or Tahitian pearls at a fraction of the cost.
